Who is she?
I share what I notice—cultural, spiritual, political, personal. I’m a writer, systems thinker, and guide.
Raised in the American South, shaped by faith, clarity, and contradiction. Now living abroad, listening closely.
Presence is my offering.
‘This is What I’m Noticing’ is a place where my presence (via substack/blog/tiktok) is the offering. People around me get clearer. Brighter. More free.
I notice things—patterns, language, tension, magic.
And when I say them out loud, something shifts for people.
They build things. They leave jobs. They start companies. They remember who they are.
What comes through me might be political, spiritual, practical, or just beautiful. Sometimes it’s about politics. Sometimes it’s Kabbalah, Human Design, Astrology, ChatGPT, clothes, travel, grief, or beauty.
